i bought microsoft office online about 9 months ago. recently, i just had a virus and my system was totally reset. before i reset it i pulled the office files from program files x86 and left it on my desktop, which the guys saved for me to cd. however now it's asking for a product key. the problem is i dont know it. i believe that was sent to an old email address which no longer exists.

is there a way for me to recover my old product key, and get office to work again on this computer, or will i have to buy another one?

thanks

Sounds like you will probably need to purchase another copy of Office if you don't have the key...
