It will need to be wireless compatible too.

I agree that you need a larger budget. $500 USD won't get you anything reliable enough for frequent business use (heck, I would trust a $500 rig for home use). All in one computers also tend to be less reliable and, if any one component fails, like the monitor or keyboard, you are looking at total replacement or an expensive repair.

I would suggest you run searches with UK sellers, ones we recommend may not be available there.

Actually my i3 laptop with 8gb ram and a SSD does just fine for business. HP ProBook was $349.00 plus 17.00 for extra 4gb ram and later swapped the HDD for the SSD which would put you over your budget but not much (you want at least 256gb).
