Apologies, I didn't see that question. What do you class as unnecessary? The only things I have connected are my keyboard + mouse and my headset.
There aren't any crash dump files, so thats not the issue.

This may just me being paranoid but I have used the reliability monitor and have noticed a consistency in the times they happen: Consistant.png
For example they seem to keep happening around 5pm, a few at 7pm and 3 relatively late at night.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
