First thing is, do you use the HDMI audio? If not I wouldn't worry about it. If you do you can try installing just the audio driver manually through Device Manager,

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/97061-driver-install-device-manager.html

You should have an AMD folder from when the installer extracted (unless you deleted it) on C:\. If so follow the above and point it to,

C:\AMD\AMD_Catalyst_12-1_Vista_7_32-64\Packages\Drivers\WDM

and that should get the audio driver to install. You can also get the standalone Realtek AMD driver from Realtek from here,

Realtek

Hello. Well the thing is that I have HDMI audio already installed by stand alone Realtek AMD driver as you mentioned. But then I am installing AMD Catalyst Mobility Display driver it is mentioning that it has failed to install the HDMI driver (well now as I understand because I have already installed it from Realtek?! )
I didn't know that the one from Realtek and the other from AMD Catalyst Mobility Display driver are the same HDMI drivers, but anyways i think it should just tell me that I have it installed not to worn me that it is failed !!! )))
Thank you very much for your response ;)
have a nice day

The one from Realtek and the one from AMD are one and the same, seeing as the audio chip on AMD cards is a Realtek audio chip. The only difference between what comes in the Catalyst package and the one directly from Realtek would be which is newer.
