Annoying Prompt

When I post on message boards and hit the "Submit" button , I always get a prompt that comes up and I have to click on it for my message to post. I have IE v10 and have searched the options, but don't see any way to get rid of this. It only happens on my laptop. My desktop also has IE v10. Any help is appreciated.

Hi,
Post your All add-ons page/ s toolbars and extensions.
Or you can jump to the end and reset ie10 and delete personal settings and test,

My GetRightPro was capturing stuff not intended for it, I'm wondering if something similar is "capturing" output on your computer. After I dialed the famous downloader off of FF, off of GChrome, and it only watches IE -- no more strange happenings.
