anyone got a patched pci.sys?

i'm trying to dualboot windows 7 and windows 11 and so i need a patched pci.sys because it's hanging on disk.sys. anyone got one? also it's for zen 3

Do you mean acpi.sys? I'm not aware of any platforms that would ever need pci.sys to be patched.

Do not ever download a .sys file from the internet. It's dangerous and might not even fix the problem. In this case google either file for suggestions on how to fix issues with them. Tell us what you've tried and the result and we'll go from there.
