Application windows not opening in the center ?

Hi
Don't know where to put this so i just dropped it here,anyway the problem is whenever i open anything the window appears in the left upper corner,so is this normal or is it a problem...shouldn't all windows be in the center when opened ?

Many will remember size and position when closed. They will open there next time. Some just allow Windows to open them however Windows wants. There's a free program WinSize2 that gives you more control.
