Hmmmm, weird, I don't remember having that issue... on the other hand, as soon as I planted the C4 I hauled butt and was actually waiting for my teammates around the corner

Well, I was stuck there for a couple of days. Once I figured it out, I'm through with the game now. I think I spent more time in the 2 times I finished it trying to find where I'm supposed to go and what I'm supposed to do than I spent actually fighting.

Metro was never my favorite. You should play operation locker, it's the new metro!

We at DICE are committed to improving the overall Battlefield 4 multiplayer experience for our players. Some issues, commonly referenced in conjunction to “netcode” are preventing Battlefield 4 from performing optimally for everyone, and with this post we would like to explain what we are doing to address these problems.

Fixing the commonly nicknamed “netcode issues” – problems ranging between faulty networking latency compensation and glitches in the gameplay simulation itself – is one of the top priorities for DICE. We’d like to take a moment to discuss how we are addressing these issues, as this is a very hot topic for many of our fans.

We are working on fixing glitches in your immediate interactions with the game world: the way you move and shoot, the feedback when you’re hit, and the way other players’ actions are shown on your screen.

The game receives updates from the game server and displays these to the player using a system called latency compensation – this system makes sure players move around naturally on your screen when network updates arrive. We have found and fixed several issues with latency compensation, and thereby decreased the impressions of “one hit kills” in the game.

We have also fixed several issues that could lead to rubber banding, and we are working on fixing several more. Below you’ll find a detailed list of the issues we are focusing on, or have already adjusted in-game. We hope this gives you more insight into the “netcode” issues and we will continue to keep you updated on top issues.

No worries chap, It's all a bit vague isn't it and probably just another distraction attempt.

I had an issue downloading the new content. everytime I started origin (which I have to end the process in task manager then re open it to get it to work either way) it kept saying windows blocked the attempt to download software content then it would stop responding...

sooo the only way to get it to download was to create a new administrator account, open origin, and then it worked. after that I deleted the other account and it worked perfectly.

I thought buy the BF4, but normal, without premium. Even without the expansions, it's fun to play with the base maps ?

the new map pack is rather good, I still find myself on my usual locker server! but hey fpr my £12.99 I got to unlock the DOA 12!! which ive now maxed out lol.

Shame with the latest update theyve broken the killfeed (the box that tells you who killed you) no longer pops up on hardcore.

Maybe it's best to wait until all the expansions, and see if all the problems are corrected, if the maps are good and the updates improve the fun.

There are official ea servers in BF3 and BF4 ?
