I'm on a Sager laptop desktop replacement (D900C Revision D)coming to you through safe mode with networking, since it freezes up while booting normally

I think my video card went bad (I got it around Christmas '08). I start it up and right off the bat the display is messed up displaying Sager. It did do some unusual beeping too.

It's an NVIDIA GeForce 9800M GTX. Can this video card be replaced or am I out of luck?

unusual beeping? can you be more precise? Beep codes point to the cause of the issue.
