When I try to watch videos online in websites like youtube everything works fine, but when I try it in full-screen mode it plays it "slower" and the sound become very noisy..

The problem is, when I try to play a games like stalker/crysis the same situation happens, It's not completely stuck but the game is more 'slower' and the sound
is horibble.

I don't know what is the problem is this, the video, the audio or anything else..
I'm running windows 7 64bit
sound card is realtek and the video card is geforce 8800gt if you need more information let me know..

* Never had this problem before (xp, windows 7 32bit) this is the first time it happens and it's on 64bit

Hello Neutra and welcome to the Forum. I think I'd make sure I have the latest display and graphic drivers by visiting the manufacturer’s website.

Update a driver for hardware that isn't working properly

Update drivers: recommended links

If that doesn't help I'd try changing the video hardware acceleration. From memory I think this will get you where you need to be:

1. Open Display Settings by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, clicking Personalization, and then clicking Display Settings.
2. Click Advanced Settings, click the Troubleshoot tab, and then click Change settings. (Some video card drivers do not permit you to change settings.)
3. Move the hardware acceleration slider to different levels. Apply the changes and save.

And perhaps this Microsoft troubleshooting guide will help. Although it was geared towards games I figured games have to have a good video. ;)

Hey, well my drivers are updated 200%, I couldn't change the video hardware acceleration because my video card won't allow it.
and the last one is not for me :(

I don't know exactly what is the problem it can be anything, I thought it was the audio because in fullscreen mode it became slower and the audio was very bad (like some kind of a robot)

Please help :(

If other videos like DVDs, etc play OK in full screen, this may be a flash video problem. When you go to youtube or whatever other site, right click on the video. You should see a dialog box with several options. Click on Settings... and you should have a hardware acceleration option. If it's checked, uncheck it and test full screen. Same thing if it's already unchecked. Check it and test.

Also make sure you have the latest Adobe Flash installed. Use the official Adobe uninstaller to get rid of all old flash player content and then update to the latest version.

Uninstall Flash Player | Windows

Adobe - Install a different version of Adobe Flash Player

And you might have issues if "regular" Adobe Flash is installed on a 64-bit system.

As far as video games, I'd check to see if they are Windows 7 compatible. If not, you might have to run in compatibility mode. If you right-click the .exe file and go to properties, you'll see a tab called "compatibility". There are several options to play around with. Some folks have said if they check mark "Disable desktop composition" things work well.
