Hi Skumar,

"System Restore" as mentioned by Arc should be able to fix the issue but if the issue still persists, then you can even try restoring system back to factory settings and then check the performance of the system. Ensure backing up your data before reinstalling Operating system or PC restore.

Thanks to reply

yes, i have changed my registry with registry keys for disable and then enable thumbnail cache as suggested by Brink (administrator of sevenforums.com). My thumbnail cache reset and it works fine now but after then i faced black screen problem.

i have neither taken backup of registry nor create restore point before apply registry key because i thought Brink is an administrator who's suggestion didn't need such precautions.

The REG file works in both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 7.

It's only coincidence that this happened after using the REG files. I'm not sure what else may have caused this for you, but I can tell you with 100% certainty that it's just simply not possible that disabling/enabling thumbnail previews in Windows Explorer can cause that. It's not related.

Did you install any updates?

For now, I would recommend try the tutorial below to see if it may be able to help find the cause of this issue.

Hello Brink,

has there any conflict occured to display card's driver ? i am using NVIDIA Graphics Card GE Force GT 9400 (WIN. 7 Pro. 64 bits).

i am asking you because safe mode works always then i run chkdsk and restart then proper normal mode works fine.

so i think there is a problem of driver may be.
