Blank Page when when trying to update other microsoft products.

Hi guys,
I've been trying to get updates for microsoft office.
If I open up Windows Updates and choose " Get updates for other products"
It takes me to a blank page at Microsoft Update
I have never had this issue in the past. I have last night restored my computer back to factory settings. I can get windows updates but not updates for other products.
Any suggestions?


I have tried disabling my security suite.
Could the problem be I am using IE 10 with windows 7? Generally after an install, I just use IE 8 or 9 and I have never had this problem surface before...

On the windows update page its got " Get updates for other microsoft products". Click the link that says " Find out more"
When I click it it goes to a blank page....

Problem has now been resolved. I had to choose compatability view with the new web browser and this time the page reloaded and displayed successfully. I'm putting this here for anybody else with this problem.

Compatibility view is at top of page, right in the middle. (IE 10)
