Hey evryone i am in a HUGE dellema.

I have went and bought a blu ray for a resonable price.

I also bought cyberlink 9 to play some blue rays i got

THE DARN CYBERLINK CRAP WONT LET ME VIEW MY BLU RAY !!!:cry::cry:

It gives me an error that says it has no keyboard\mouse support in the menu on the blue ray so it wont even try to play :mad::mad:

I went to tek people and they confermed that yes cyberlink dosent have keyboard support  and suggested that i get a remote controll for my desktop.

Sadlly I HAVE HAD A REMOTE FOR MY COMPUTER FOR 3 YEARS!!! and have been using it. It wont even try to use my remote.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me out.

Is there a way to tell cyberlink to use my freekking remote?

Or is there a free alternative to cyberlink to play my blu rays?

I have been using media player classic with k-lite codec pack for a while is there a way to make it play blu rays?

I am sorry that i have such an angry tone but wouldent u be a little unhappy if u spent $100 just for cyberlink to tell u you got what you payed for?

If you guys can help me i will be very very very VERY gratefull :)

I get the "No Mouse" support on some discs but the arrow keys and Enter on the kb still work.

what movie are you playing that gives you that error?

Also, Total Media Theater 5 is another program to consider, but seeing as you already bought PowerDVD, you might not want to purchase a second program.

I presume you are trying with the trial version of AnyDVDHD which can disable BDlive. If you are happy with it then buy it. ( I know the lifetime licence costs a bomb. I have it and so no probs for me. :) )

That apart I came across this fix in the Cyberlink forum. I am afraid there is no way to reference it. So here it is as a cut and paste but source as I said is Cyberlink forum. I am also not sure whether this will be applicable for your version of Power DVD

"Please see temprary workaround for playback issue on BD Live Blu-ray discs.
Please be informed that this will delete all downloaded BD content and all login data stored:

1. Click UI button “Configure PowerDVD Settings” (Or hotkey Ctrl-C)
2. The path of Local Storage is at “Blu-ray Disc > Advanced > BD-Live > Location”
3. Copy & Paste the path to Windows File Explorer. You will see 3 folders: APDA, BPSA, and BUDA.
4. Delete all 3 folders to clear local storage.
5. Disconnect the internet. So it will not check available update from the remote server.
6. Launch PowerDVD and playback the title."

Try at your own risk.:D
