Blue Screen: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x9F

I have tried everything I can do to get this error to resolve and even swapped out my graphics card and I still can not get the random crashes to stop. Even going back to stock drivers have been unsuccessful and I am frustrated that nothing is working and random restarts.

avast! seems to be causing problems, please remove the program completely with the avast! Removal Tool, and then install and run full scans with these free and proven alternatives which work best with the operating system due to their compatibility and lightweight nature on system resources.
