I am onsite IT and I'm writing on behalf of a user. We have a group policy in place where the computers lock after 15 minutes of inactivity. When the user returns to find his laptop in this state, he is able to log back in, but he's unable to reconnect to the network (despite being connected via hard wireless and wifi). He needs to restart in order to regain network access. When he restarts he gets a blue screen error (attached), but not a BSOD. I have attached the user's machine specs as well as the requested .zip file. I have done some research and found that there may be an issue with drivers, but I am not well-versed in reading the logs to determine which driver may be causing the problem. I would appreciate if you could review the attached log to see if you can determine the problem and advise. Please let me know if you need additional information. Thank you.

All of the dumps are old and do not really give us anything to go on, a quick look though your other files show a few oddities, sidebar.exe is set to run on start up 3 times, Microsoft recommended disabling sidebar.exe back in 2012 as it is a security risk, also binkiland.exe which is malware is also set to run at start up.

I think a good place to start would we a full AV and Malwarebytes/superantispyware cleaning of the machine.

Thank you for your response! Not sure how the dumps could be old -- I asked him to do it the day before I posted the file; I can ask him to do it again, if necessary. I will have him check Sidebar and binkiland and check AV and malware as well.

Thank you for your suggestions. I had the user run MalwareBytes and it found and removed (I hope) all of the instances of Binkiland. I have also searched for Sidebar and I no longer find it in Programs and Features. I have checked MSCONFIG and it's not in Startup or in Services. I have attached a dump file generated a few moments ago; I would appreciate it if you could review to find if there's something else that may cause the Blue Screen error. Thank you.
