Looks like network drivers or hardware to me although there are several other issues that can be causing this.
First, please uninstall the ZoneAlarm software on the system. Then use this free tool (direct download link) to clean any remnants off of your system:
http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/free/support/cpes_clean.exe
You also have an error in dne64x.sys - this is most likely a driver for some sort of VPN client (see this link:
Windows 7 BSOD Help - dumps attached ) If you don't know what it belongs to, please search for the file and check it's Properties to see if that helps. I will try and check a new Sony laptop at work tomorrow myself.
Also, please remove or update these older drivers that were loaded at the time of the crash.
Don't use Windows Update or the Update drivers function of Device Manager.
Please use the following instructions to locate the most currently available drivers to replace the one's that you uninstall
OR remove:
How To Find Drivers:
- I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box below. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page:
Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page:
http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html
Here's the older drivers (You can look them up here:
[url=http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html]Driver Reference[/url] ).
Please pay particular attention to any dated
2008 or earlier:
Code:
[font=lucida console]
SFEP.sys Fri Aug 03 01:35:53 2007 (46B2BEB9) - Sony Firmware Extension Parser driver - http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html#SFEP.sys
dne64x.sys Mon Nov 10 20:01:24 2008 (4918D964) - Unknown at this point
regi.sys Mon Apr 16 11:19:10 2007 (462393EE) - InterVideo regi.sys driver - http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html#regi.sys
[/font]
Finally, please:
- download a fresh copy of the wireless drivers for the system from the Sony website
- uninstall the current wireless drivers from the system
- install the fresh copy of the wireless drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's
If the BSOD's continue, I'd suggest returning the laptop for repair under the warranty.
