K so yesterday I notices some sound issues so I restarted. Then my computer froze seconds after windows had launched like on the web. After cleaning my fan and stuff it worked again I feel asleep watching something and awoke to a froZen black screen. I restarted and have been getting disk boot failure ever since.

Any "specific" errors? Any Blue Screen? Is your computer compromised in any way, infection?

Have you tried safe mode or a repair disk?

For safe mode; boot computer and repeatedly press F8 until you're presented with options. If F8 doesn't work, try somewhere along F1 - F12 until you get the selection screen for safe mode.

For a repair disk, if you have one, boot from it, try repairing.

Should I be holding it down or spamming it. Neither have been working an I can't for the life of me find my disk.

Spamming it actually, try all of the F1 - F12, one should work.

It's different for various computers, mine is F8, try that one.

I know it's f8 as I've done it before but it's not working.

I can get into bios but that's it.

Define "not working", do you mean nothing happens? I'd suggest a recovery disk if you can find one.

Run a bootable AV scan like Bitdefender: FREE Bootable AntiVirus Rescue CDs Download List

If it cleans up more infection, run it repeatedly until clean then see if Win7 will boot to desktop or Safe Mode.

If not, burn a Repair CD to run Startup Repair repeatedly. System Repair Disc - Create

Startup Repair should automate SFC and System Restore. But if it fails run them separately from System Recovery Options: SFC -SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot

Report back results and continuiing symptoms. If you need to copy out your files use one of the AV Rescue Disks or the Repair CD: Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console

Then as a last resort run full Factory Recovery from boot, order REcovery disks for your model, or find a Win7 installer to clean reinstall with Product Key on COA sticker. Reinstalling Windows 7

I made a disk from the second link, I put in, but its not doing anything still getting

Disk Boot Failure, Insert System DIsk and Press Enter.

My only options for Boot Devices are

Removable Hard Disk and NVIDIA Boot Agent already in that order.

Do you have a combo drive for both CD/DVD, as the Repair disk is a CD?

If your CD/DVD drive is not registering in the BIOS then try checking its cables are firmly attached, or swap in another good drive.

So removable is not the CD/DVD drive? yes it is a combo drive, and I checked all the cables.

Not a power issue as I can still open and close it.

Greg,
I've not followed the thread here, but MS now has a standalone bootable virus/malware remover.

PUT SYSTEM SWEEPER ON A USB STICK

System Sweeper, https://connect.microsoft.com/systemsweeper, allows you to start an infected PC and perform an offline scan to identify and remove viruses, rootkits and other advanced malware. System Sweeper is a free standalone, bootable malware and virus remover from Microsoft.

Safety Scanner, Microsoft Safety Scanner - Remove Spyware, Malware, Viruses Free, is free, downloadable, provides on-demand scanning and helps remove viruses, spyware, and other malicious software. It works with your existing antivirus software.

If the target computer has a working internet connection, then you may prefer to use the Safety Scanner.

Download System Sweeper (about 576 kB):
https://connect.microsoft.com/systemsweeper

Insert 256 MB or larger USB stick into a usb port.

Run the downloaded program--mssstool64.exe or mssstool32.exe

Choose the option to install to USB.
Caution: The install program will format the usb stick.

The install program will download about 200 mB more.

After the install is finished, leave the stick in the usb slot.

Run the program you downloaded once again.

This 2nd run, and any subsequent runs, will download the very latest anti-virus definitions (about 60 mB).

To keep System Sweeper up-to-date, simply reinsert the usb stick and run the installation program again.

The initial, full scan by System Sweeper can easily take a couple of hours, but subsequent quick scans will take only a few minutes.

Remember your computer is being checked for all types of malware and be very thoroughly checked.

Yea my computer is not recognizing my CD Drive at all, currently trying the virus scan, question is there anyway to run System Restore from a USB without an actual CD?

One step at a time.

After system sweeper finishes, let me know the results.
