Boot Manager Missing

A couple weeks ago when I went to start my Win7 PC, I got the popup saying it could not find the Boot Managaer. It said to boot, press CTRL - ALT - Delete at the same time.

I just got the same message again.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Boot Manager doesn't disappear by it's own.
First step is to do a disk check.
Is you drive a Legacy-MBR or EFI-GPT?
Boot from a Win 7 or win 10 installation drive. At the Windows Setup screen, press Shift+F10 simultaneously to open a command line prompt.

Type:
diskpart
list disk (see if there is a * under the GPT column)
list volume (identify the volume label of your windows partition. It may not be C:)
exit
chkdsk X; /f (replace x with the volume label of your windows partition)

I do believe it did disappear on it's own. It was working fine when I shut it down the day before and when tried start it the next you see what I got.

Went to my PC Guru and in about 10 minutes he had it fixed.

He put my install disk in and booted up. There is an option to repair and when that is selected and option to repair the startup (or bootup) and he ran that. In hardly no time Windows 7 was working again.
