boot trace

ok so my startups(after login) recently have been really slow. so i ran a boot trace. to figure out what services/programs are causing it. so if anyone who knows how to read a performance alalyzer trace file please contact so i can send (note it is 540mb) then then please help me get my startups back on time.

Set the computer up for a clean boot
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

Boot if it boots correctly, follow the procdeure for the answer. This is the best way.

its so strange, i did that just now, then i change everything back to the exact same i had it... and the problem diapered. its odd

NOt odd, some process that is included in startup, had to be turned off for a while and turned back on; slight malfunction. If it happens again, do the clean boot from beginning to end and give us the results.
