Boot up 1 or 4 Cores

I have a ? on boot/up.
Do I setup to boot with one core like it is, or boot 2 or 3 & 4 core? :doh:
What is the best setup on i7.

This is on a Dell 435T/9000 i7. :cool:

From my experience and testing, toggling this has never made 1 bit of difference on any machine I have ever used. I've read about this tweak for years now...but have never seen this thing make a single difference.

So, on my boxes, it's unchecked.
