Bootable CD that reads files

hi guys i want to upgrade my bios cause my old one was bugged so my battary isnt charging .

ok so from start my computer say that i have battery and she is avaible and charging but it stuck on 0%

now to upgrade bios i need 10% of the battery and ac connected, so its all good just my battry dosent charge so im stuck at 0% .

now for my question i want to create a bootable cd that countain my new bios that i have downloaded from dell support .

but when i try do that the cd is bootable but i cant access the file that i burned on him (bios update)
actually i cant access the directory that the file is in , all i can see is the boot files of the image i have burned with nero.

i7 8gb ram 500gb hdd
no floppy .

I would be exceptionally careful - first determine that the BIOS update will solve your problem before contemplating it. If you do it incorrectly you could wreck the computer permanently. Your motherboard manual will contain instructions on updating the BIOS.

i know but this problem is common and lots of dell users got it cause dell is **** so i want to fix it but i dont know how =\

Read the Dell instructions for updating the BIOS in the manual/on the website. Each manufacturer has different methods for doing this so its hard to provide a general description of what to do.

im searching for hours i can see their answers but the problem is that i cant do that cause their answers are:
1. buy a new battery (hell no) myne is new .
2. upgrade bios (cant not enough battary precentage 10%) needed.

But if your new battery is flat and cant charge you need another battery then follow Golden`s advice :)
