Brand new build PC freeze up

It froze in safe mode with networking. Should I run it in safe mode without networking? I also did not flash my bios with an update. Well, I am trying the reinstall anyways. It can't hurt haha. Thanks for helping

IF... You gave your PC the wrong bios update you will need reset your CMOS and re-flash the bios. Usually your PC won't even accept an incorrect bios and will warn you that the update is wrong but I have seen it happen in some cases. (Not naming names.) Resetting CMOS is easy. Just pull the battery out of the motherboard and wait a few minutes before putting it back in. Your BIOS should set to factory default. I don't recommend fooling with jumpers as some motherboards are particularly sensitive to anything resembling static discharge. The battery method is safest. After this you can download the correct bios update from the motherboard manufacturer onto a USB stick. Be sure to follow the instructions provided precisely as they do tend to vary with manufacturer and model.

IF... Your re installation works fine for you then ignore the above. You have the right bios for the right board.

OH.. An after thought. If you have on board graphics, as many boards do these days, try it without using your video card to see if it is your GPU. Of course you will have to remove your video card first but this is a fairly simple procedure. Be sure to get back to us. I'm curious now.

Okay so I wanted to start with a clean slate and reduce the variables so I actually did take the graphics card out.

I was thinking maybe the Intel graphics drivers were conflicting with the AMD ones.

I borrowed a cd drive and diskpart'd to clean my ssd and reinstall win7 in UEFI (as opposed to the P0 thing).

Then I installed the drivers for the mobo from the DVD that came with it.

The items I installed were:
Realtek 8111/8168 LAN Driver for gigabit(Windows7)
Realtek Audio Driver (Sky lake)
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5
INF Update Utility
Microsoft Hotfix KB2685811(64)
Intel Management Engine Software
Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver
Intel USB 3.0 Driver(100 Ser)

On that list 'Intel SATA Preinstall driver' wasn't found on the included DVD and when I unzip that it doesn't have an installer so I don't know what to do with it.
But I already have AHCI enabled in BIOS?)

I elected to not install Intel HD Graphics Drivers because I was going to skip it and go directly to installing the AMD drivers

After doing this, I installed Driver Fusion and booted into just 'Safe Mode' to uninstall any Intel graphics drivers (just in case).
Then I thought I would wait and see it it would freeze. It did.

So then I thought it had nothing to do with the GPU.

Now, as I'm writing this, I realize that I should have installed the graphics driver to be 100% sure of the freeze in safe mode.
I have just installed that driver and am waiting in safe mode for it to freeze ATM. (UPDATE: it just froze)
If it freezes again I'm going to install all the latest drivers from the site and try again.
Then if it freezes again I'm thinking I should try to uninstall each of the items above, seeing if it still freezes,
reinstall if it does, and move onto the next item. I'd appreciate any thoughts on the order of testing.

Another thing I'm thinking about doing is swapping out the CPU, ram, and ssd with parts from other computers to check if it's a hardware issue.
I realize everyone's saying it's a driver issue though, so this is last on my list.

I haven't tried a BIOS update yet. I also haven't reset the CMOS either. Just looked it up in the manual, so I could try that...
