Get BSOD on my PC, not sure why. 0x000000F4 (0x0000000000000003

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

Intel i7 950 LGA1366 Processor
Asus Sabertooth x58 LGA 1366 board
EVGA Nvidia GTX 470 video card
Lite-On 4x Bluray iHOS104
Western Digital WD1002FAEX 1 TB 6.0 Gb/s SATA drive

I put in new SATA cables on optical drive and harddrive, ran two passes of memtest86+ and windows memory diagnostic tool, and two passes on the harddrive; all tested to be working fine. Tried to update bios, but said the current version was newer than the one i was going to put on. Really have no idea what to do from here.

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
* Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

C:/Windows/Minidump does not exist for some reason, even though i have it set to write a small memory dump at %SystemRoot%\Minidump. This is a new install of windows. I attached two zip files here for you. Bluescreens at seemingly random times.

I am having simliar issues with my new gaming rig and i have an asus rampage III gene mb.
I have already had it rma'd and it did not help but I have questions:

1) when you bsod, can you ctrl alt del and restart with no issues , or do you have to power down pc via power button and turn it on again via power button to get it working?
2) do you have any issues with asus bios losing the biso raid or hd boot settings where you have to reset them?
3) what are the sata hd setttings? are you using raid on bios, or ahci, or ?

What is happening to cause no dump on mine and maybe on yours is that the pc does bsod for whatever reason, then the os cannot see the primary hd (it sort of disappears) and the desktop stays locked at bsod. If i do alt ctrl del it still does not see that primary drive. bios does not even see it. I can see all other drives ok but not the primary. sometimes i even have to reset the bios boot settings. If I hard boot pc it finds drive again and lets me boot into windows. I figured for sure it was the mb and had it replaced, but same exact issue is happening still.
I only received one mini dump in my many previous crashes and have uploaded to this forum so hopefully they can help after review. My mini dump had the csrss.exe as the fault, which after researching on this forum most of the time its memory issue. I still have not received any updates from the experts on the forum about what they think and possible driver issues.
Check out my posting and maybe we can share info to get to the bottom of problem.

Mine was set to IDE but changed it to AHCI after following instruction on how to change it properly. (bluescreened with both settings). Strangely enough, i always been hard booting it, feel kind of dumb for not trying to restart after BSOD. I will update you after i try it that way. Where is the link to your post?
