Hello, sevenforums

BSOD when i was away from the keyboard. Computer was on desktop.
Hard freeze. Numlock light didnt even respond.:cry::cry::cry:
Windows 7 installation is new. Formatted yesterday.

My Windows 7:
- 64 bit
- OEM
- Age hardware 1 year
- Age OS 1 day

Your video driver caused this one. Remove like this


When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

Hello,

I used driver sweeper to remove the driver. Then rebooted and installed the driver.
( ati display driver 10.12 )
Again i was away from the keyboard. BSOD & hard freeze.

I guess jcgriff & perfmon file is not needed because its the same problem again.

What can i do now? :cry:
