BSOD 0xF4 while browsing.

Okay so my issue is pretty irritating to say the least.
Doing nothing out of the ordinary, full screen youtube video of a usual sub and my screen locks up, i manage to get out of full screen mode only to be slapped with a bsod.

I'm writing from a laptop because now my computer will not boot, STOP ERROR 0XF4 and now nothing. I cannot boot in normal or safe mode and when booting from Windows 7 disc, the OS does not show up in the selection where I want to repair.
I run my OS on an SSD, OCZ Vertex 2 120gb to be precise and the drive does not show up on the windows install screen, the error repair screen or even in bios.

Please note I have not recently installed or really changed anything to do with my pc, the latest alteration was using msconfig to stop iTunes, hamatchi and push from booting on startup.

Now I cannot boot into windows and I cannot clean install on either my SSD or HDD.
Here is as close as I can get to an accurate list of specs for my machine and due to the inability to start I cannot get access to any mini dump files

Intel Core i5
120gb OCZ Vertex 2 SSD
500gb HDD
GeForce GTX 580
8GB RAM

I can't get much more specific than that because I'm a tool. Running Windows 7 Home Premium x64.
I would really appreciate help on this, I'm lost without my pc.

edit: Also might be worth mentioning when I get to the repair screen when I boot from the windows 7 dvd, my keyboard deactivates and I cannot use it for command prompt and the like, which only adds to frustration.

edit 2 : After scouring the web for solutions none of the ones I can find actually apply to my specific issue. The PC will not boot past starting windows, normal or safe. The SSD does not appear as a drive for repair or fresh install.

I notice you did not state what type of MoBo you have. Please let us know.

Please try a different SATA cable and ensure that it is seated properly. If that doesn't work, try this;

Try doing a power cycle of the SSD. The following steps should be carried out and take ~1 hour to complete.

1. Power off the system.
2. Remove all power supplies (ac adapter then battery for laptop, ac adapter for desktop)
3. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds to close the circuit and drain all components of power.
4. Reconnect all power supplies (battery then ac adapter for laptop, ac adapter for desktop)
5. Turn on the system and enter the BIOS (see your manual for the steps to enter the BIOS)
6. Let the computer remain in the BIOS for 20 minutes.
7. Follow steps 1-3 and physically remove the SSD from the system by disconnecting the cables for a desktop or disconnecting the drive from the junction for a laptop.
8. Leave the drive disconnected for 30 seconds to let all power drain from it.
9. Do steps 1-3 and replace the drive connection(s) and then do steps 4-8 again.
10. Repeat steps 1-4.
11. Start your computer normally and run Windows.
