This is my first attempt at a post, so forgive my mistakes please.

I get regular BSOD crashes, seems to be associated with 3DSMax running, but maybe not. Can anyone help, this costs me several hours a day and is driving me mad.

I have also attached a setupact.log, that seems to be overwritten at each startup.

I also have a MEMORY.DMP file that I cannot seem to upload.

Also, I had the crash earlier today, but cannot find the associated log files.

If more information is needed, please ask and I will try to provide it.

Thanks in advance.

You are running an ACER OEM Product ID on an Apple product and your BIOS dates 2 years before Windows 7 was released.
This makes your installation counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.

I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.
