Solved BSOD a a regular basis now

Okay that's good to know, you need to let run for least 9-10 passes, since each pass performs a different test, and errors are known to occur after 8 passes.

so I guess it is best for me to run it when I can monitor it

Your welcome, and the last two bugchecks were both the same (0x3B) so least we may got it pinned to one form of BSOD.

loud buzz in my speakers,black screen and shut down
guess I had better go ahead and run that MemTest86+ now

once AGAIN it seemed to crash/shut down before the test made the passes
When I got up about 1 A.M. it had been running 4:45 hours and some odd minutes on the 5th pass (i think!) with this error message
i wrote it down half asleep so i HOPE it is right

well i followed some advise from a sound thread (maybe it was my own) and now i have no sound at all
and with no music there is no reason even to be on here
so i am in the process of wiping a external hard drive and gonna back up all my files and music (just in case) and do a fresh clean install and re-format of the system
this has been/is super frustrating

It seems you might have faulty RAM, from the information you have provided, have you tried leaving one RAM stick in and then testing?

not yet with all my sound problems
guess i will do that ASAP as soon as the drive wipe is complete

Okay, if the RAM passes in one slot, then move it to the next slot, and then test it again. It's a long process, but it will help you identify which RAM stick is causing problem, or if the motherboard DIMM slots are the problem.

Hopefully it will be only one stick of RAM, which you can just simply remove, and continue using your computer with the rest of the good RAM.

Sorry I have not posted in a while
I reformatted and re-installed Windows 7
Moved the RAM to different slots testing them,removed my sound card (I think it is bad) and basically fought updates for 2 days
I had to use the stand alone tool to install the service pack for some reason
Every thing is smooth as silk
CROSSES fingers n toes
Ran the MemTest86+ twice for 10 passes (no errors)
And have surmised it was either the sound card or some software, although the only things I have not put back on here are my Nero and Microsoft office...my install discs n keys are @ my sisters
I am gonna say this is solved and once again THANKS for all your help BlueRobot
