BSOD after power cut 0x00000074

ok so i got back home my computer was off i had left it on and i find out we had a power cut. i turn on the computer to find BSOD some thing about ram, or so im not too sure. so i put my windows 7 HP CD in and i attempted startup repair and it finished or some thing my memory is not good at the moment, i think it failed so i pulled out the HD and put it into aour other computer witch was fine and ran a desk check and ticked scan for bad sectors an so on and it said it found errors and fixed them an i took the desk put it back in my computer ran it and it is not stuck in start up repair because it can not fix the problem, i then put the win CD back in and tried to reinstall win 7 and it won't i do not know y allso tryed win repair and it said it was in compatible. i would like some help on this

i can not get the boot menu up and can not start it in any safe mode at the time i managed to get the boot menu or what ever it is called up. but i still have access to all the hard drives files .

Update. i have managed to get out of the start up repair but now im at a black screen with oxc000000e idk what to do

A 0x7 means either memory problems, or serious system problems.
Since you have indicated some memory problems, I suggest to run MemTest86+
Please read the instructions carefully.
