BSOD after reinstalling windows 7 Minidump included!

Hey guys i recently reinstalled windows 7 on my computer and it seemed like everything worked fine but sometimes the computer will get stuck at starting windows. then sometimes it gets stuck with just a small line in the screen. If i'm lucky it will make it all the way to normal boot. but as i click on google chrome it instantly crashes. As of right now i'm using Safe mode with networking to type this and i'm on google chrome everything works flawlessly in safe mode i have the minidump i am going to post it on here. Please help me i'm willing to even donate $5 to anyone that can help me. As i am a college student and i need my computer for my classes. We need more information to analyze your logs. Follow Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions, let the tool run until it has completely finished and then upload the new logs.
