Hi,

I recently changed my keyboard because my computer used to shutdown unexpectedly when pressing the Ctrl key. It was working fine until today when I received a BSOD.

Can you please help check and advise what could be causing this issue again?

Many thanks for your help.

Do you have windows update KB2670838 installed? If so, uninstall it and see how it goes.
