I randomly just got this BSOD and error code and have no idea what caused it but it's happening now every time I restart my computer and the only way this doesn't occur is to run it in safe mode. I've attached the zip file with the dump logs and hopefully someone can figure out what's wrong. Thanks.

Hello kuttter.

It is caused by BitDefender.

It is causing some issues in windows boot, too.

Uninstall BitDefender. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Download and install those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Let us know the results.

What program you use to get backups?

Thanks Arc. Interestingly enough when I woke up this morning I tried rebooting the computer and it's worked fine but I suppose I should still get rid of Bitdefender so I'll do that now. Also, I've never done a backup of anything on this computer. What do you suggest?

Oh and another question: If I already have SuperAntiSpyware do I need malwarebytes?

If you want to back up data only, you may do it externally, or in another partition. But if you want to backup the system, let us know after uninstalling BitDefender and installing MSE. I will suggest you steps to backup.

From a BSOD perspective, I'd suggest you to get rid of antyspyware. Anyway, MBAM will not conflict with it.

Alright, so I got rid of Bitdefender and installed the new programs and everything is still running smoothly so hopefully that fixed it. And as for the backup I don't think I need to back up the system so I'll just back up the data to my external hard drive. Thanks again for your help.

Good to know that your issue is fixed.

Report us the situation after a couple of days.
