Hi (Sorry for bad english)
Laptop Toshiba Satellite P300 with Windows Vista 1-2 years ago, and now I install Windows 7 -64 bit
Have Fan problem, Heating Problem
Crash with Stop : 0x00000116 & atikmpag.sys Blue Screen

So, I watched some movie yesterday and then the monitor is crash with Blue Screen (I captured it and upload it in my ZIP file). And when I turn it on again, its screen goes black, but the machine is working (can hear the sound). So I can do nothing. Tried turn it on by pressing shift+f8+powerbutton at the same time, but nothing happen too. Tried it several times.

And then, I plug in some PC Monitor to my laptop. And the screen (monitor PC screen) is show some start up logon, like windows loading, and when it come to logon screen (with username & password to filled in) it crash again, not with blue screen yet, at first its like damage /fracture screen, the cursor is so slow to move and sometimes blink black screen and back to colour with fractured, and 10 second later the Blue Screen is at it again, and the laptop is restart automatically.

After that, there is some option in beginning screen, like you want to start using safe mode, or safe mode with networking, or start like normal, you know what i mean.
I choose to start with safe mode with networking, and when it comes to login screen (with username & password to filled in) , it didn't crash. And I can logon, and can browsing, and can write this Thread.

Before I write this Thread, i did some research, and they say I must install some last Ati driver, so I download it (200 mb) on AMD web, i choose the most similiar to my spec, and I can't install it. It says It's not compatible with my Windows version. I think I made a mistake by choosing the wrong installer, and then I download "Auto Detect Utility" from AMD, for people who don't know their AMD version. (Although I know my version : Ati Mobility Radeon HD 3400 Series, from Ctrl Panel - Device Mgr) And.....
And the "Auto Detect Utility" Program too can't be installed and show the same notification (it's not compatible). I may assume I can't install anything about AMD/ ATI.

Sorry for my bad English, so much sorry, please help me. If there is a thread with same problem like this, and it means I just repeat it, can someone show me the link? If not, can you help me? Thank you so much

You need to get a legitimate windows installation first and foremost,

Code:
Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00400
Original Install Date: 1/11/2014, 7:18:42 AM
System Boot Time: 6/3/2015, 9:32:58 AM
System Manufacturer: TOSHIBA
System Model: Satellite P300
System Type: x64-based PC
Processor(s): 1 Processor(s) Installed.
                           [01]: Intel64 Family 6 Model 23 Stepping 10 GenuineIntel ~1995 Mhz
BIOS Version: TOSHIBA V3.40 , 4/7/2009

That is a Dell OEM on a Toshiba with a Bios date from before windows 7 was released.

Which probably explains why SP1 and all updates aren't installed,

Code:
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
OS Version: 6.1.7600 N/A Build 7600
OS Manufacturer: Microsoft Corporation
OS Configuration: Standalone Workstation

Hotfix(s): 1 Hotfix(s) Installed.
                           [01]: KB958488

Counterfeit installations such as yours contained heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analysing BSOD's and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable. For this reason, many analysts won't attempt it.

My recommendation is to install a genuine Windows 7. This will minimise the problems you are experiencing, and make subsequent diagnosis of BSOD's far more reliable. Once you are running a genuine Windows 7 installation, and are still experiencing BSOD's, we will be happy to help you solve them.
