Hello there!

First lets remove avast! Antivirus System completely and use the removal tool to remove the left over files. Use Microsoft Security essentials. If that fails then run Driver Verifier http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lo...-driver-verifier-identify-issues-drivers.html and wait for the Blue screen to happen.

Code:
BAD_POOL_HEADER (19)
The pool is already corrupt at the time of the current request.
This may or may not be due to the caller.
The internal pool links must be walked to figure out a possible cause of
the problem, and then special pool applied to the suspect tags or the driver
verifier to a suspect driver.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000003, the pool freelist is corrupt.
Arg2: fffffa800699aa40, the pool entry being checked.
Arg3: fffffa800699aa40, the read back flink freelist value (should be the same as 2).
Arg4: ffffa8800699aa40, the read back blink freelist value (should be the same as 2).

Yes you will get BSOD eventually. Once that happen post the dump file. Yes you can work on your system and try to reproduce the BSOD. But you might find performance issues.

I suspect an inconsistency due to unfinished/unsuccessful Windows Update.
Your system as a multitude of there errors:
HTML:
Failed extract of third-party root list from auto update cab at: <http://www.download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/authrootstl.cab> with error: A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file.

The last dump point to a graphical driver, part of Directx.... we could go into that next but ensure the update first:
You also have some problems with Windows Update
Please go to your Maintenance Center and check the Windows Update status. Make sure you are up to date, do them one by one manually if needed.
For help or reset see: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/91738-windows-update-reset.html
