Hi,

I am having this BSOD today and trying to fix it myself, but it seems like I need help since I can't figure out the cause.
Usually the BSOD appears like 5 minutes after start up, not always, my laptop is running right now.

Here is what I got from crash report

=========================

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 9f
BCP1: 0000000000000003
BCP2: FFFFFA80087EC760
BCP3: FFFFF80000BA2748
BCP4: FFFFFA80091828B0
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 256_1

=========================

For additional information, starting yesterday, there is a notable difference on my laptop, the battery indicator got the cross mark, and says "consider replacing your battery".
I'm not sure whether it's connected with this case or not.

I included the DM Log in attachments.
Thanks in advance.

It appears your installation is counterfeit, no support may be provided until you have genuinely activated your system on a clean install.

Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and analysts won't try it.

I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.

Oh, I see. Didn't know it's counterfeit since the laptop is passed down to me.

Thanks for the help.
