Hello,
I had google chrome up and checked email then went away for an hour and when I returned the computer was off. When I booted up I found the message below; attached is your requested zip file as well.
Thank you for any assistance you might offer.
Dave

There are no dump files in your logs to analyse.

  1. Open Advanced System Settings
  2. Click on Settings in Startup & Recovery
  3. Make sure both boxes indicated below are checked
  4. In the dropdown box ensure you're set to record Small Memory Dumps

Boozad, Thank you for your reply. I have filled out the systems specs and hopefully the dump file is there, the only change I needed to make was selecting the small memory dump, the both boxes checked already.
Thanks again for your continued help.
