BSOD crashing

Okay, I have been getting the BSOD lately. Occasionally just when I woke up, but today it's happened twice during the day. So it seems it may be getting worse. Anyone know the best way to fix it? I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I've included all the files that may help find out the error....

Please follow these steps in this order,

Uninstall and clean zonealarm from your system using the http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/free/support/download/clean.exe

Download and install MSE Virus, Spyware & Malware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials

Enable windows firewal.

Download and install http://phyxion.net/Driver-Sweeper/Driver-Sweeper/Version-3-1-0/

Download the most recent software/driver for your ati http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx

Uninstall ati software/driver,restart in safe mode,clean ati remaining fragments with driver sweeper,restart,install the new ati software/driver.

Update DirectX.

If its possible update you adobe software,is old from 2008.

Yes Zonealarm is notorious cause of bsod.

Uninstall and clean zonealarm from your system using the http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...load/clean.exe

So please finish with the above steps and post back with any results
