I recently got a new headset (Steel Series 9H) and keyboard (Steel Series 6Gv2).

The headset had some software it needed to install and the next day I got a BSOD while playing Borderlands, however the screen just went black, as opposed to the usual blue.

I was able to restart my computer after the first crash and everything seemed ok, however later in the day my computer crashed again (this time not playing any games, just opening a new tab in Chrome) and will now not start up normally. I can get to the login screen and login sometimes, however it crashes shortly after that.

I've attached the dump from SF Diagnostic Tool.

Hello,

Code:
Security Processor Loader Driver	ROOT\LEGACY_SPLDR\0000	This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
This shows that your AV program has a bad install. Which looks like it would be MSE. Just uninstall, and redownload: Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

Code:
DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: [COLOR="Red"]VERIFIER_ENABLED_VISTA_MINIDUMP [/COLOR]
Let disable DV: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

Code:
Probably caused by: [COLOR="red"]nvlddmkm.sys[/COLOR]
Let completely uninstall your nVidia drivers, redownload and ONLY install the DISPLAY drivers, GeForce GTX 560 Ti and GeForce GTX 550 Ti

Code:
BIOS Version/Date	American Megatrends Inc. 0402, 20/07/[COLOR="red"]2011[/COLOR]
Also update your BIOS.

Once this is done, past back the results.

Hope this helps,
Justin

Ok, I've uninstall/reinstalled everything you suggested and also updated my BIOS.

Everything seems to be working ok, is there a test I can run to see if there are any problems?

Thanks for your help so far!

No issues at the moment, so I've marked it as solved.
