bsod driver issues

iv'e been having horrible issues with my windows 7 i cant even get on it normally without
getting on safe mode and iv'e been looking on the internet for about a week to solve this problem

ram 2gb
intel core 2 duo cpu l7700 @ 1.80GHz

ive looked for the minidump file but cant seem to find it
