BSOD: Getting System_Service_Exception error every time I login

I get system_service_exception. Would I need to provide the dump file? If yes, then should I just attach the most recent one?

This can be tricky...its not on my system. I have the latest two dumps but the issue is with somebody else's computer. I can only boot into safemode but I am unable to start "dm log collector.exe" as admin.

So I can post the raw dumps if you want but I cannot run the two executable on the computer.
