I find some obsolete drivers on your system. Win 7 does not like older drivers. They can and do cause conflicts and crashes. Older software and hardware can create problems. The following drivers should be updated:

AnyDVD.sys Thu Mar 20 13:41:59 2008 - AnyDVD Filter Driver or Watch & copy any DVD! belongs to the software AnyDVD by SlySoft, Inc (www.slysoft.com). I recommed that you uninstall this software.

ctac32k.sys Wed Jul 02 04:38:22 2008 - Creative AC3 SW Decoder Device Driver (WDM) belongs to the software Creative AC3 Software Decoder or Creative Audio Product by Creative Technology Ltd (www.creative.com). Update this driver or uninstall the software.

ElbyCDIO.sys Tue Aug 07 15:48:36 2007 - ElbyCD Windows NT/2000/XP I/O driver or ElbyCD Windows NT/2000 I/O driver belongs to the software CDRTools or ElbyCDIO Driver or DVD Region Killer or VirtualCloneDrive by Elaborate Bytes AG (www.elby.ch). Update this software or uninstall.

ElbyDelay.sys Wed Dec 13 14:14:48 2006 - See above

emBDA64.sys Fri Aug 31 20:34:08 2007 - I think this one is an MSI (Microstar) or TM TV tuner. Update this driver if you can or upgrade your TV tuner to one that is compatible with Win 7.

emOEM64.sys Fri Aug 31 17:13:47 2007 - See above

mcdbus.sys Tue Feb 24 05:34:07 2009 - s MagicISO SCSI Host Controller belongs to the software MagicDisc or Driver for MagicISO SCSI Host Controller by MagicISO, Inc. See if you can update this driver.

Here is how we recommend updating drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

Let us know if we can help you.

You are very welcome; it is a pleasure to help.

The drivers for the TV tuner are obsolete and are conflicting with Win 7 corrupting the memory. You may not be using the TV tuner at the time; but the drivers are loaded into memory and interfering with other things in the memory - thus memory corruption. I suggest you completely uninstall the TV tuner and replace it with one compatible with win 7.

thanks for all the advice again, I think I got this beat a coupple of months ago I was doing some PC cleaning and I removed the heatsink from the CPU but I never got new compound so I thought Id go back to it later, later being I never did. Thanks to your recomendations I started looking at CPU temp and I remembered about the compound, bought it slapped it on and I was able to have a normal gaming session for 20mins w/ all details on high and no blue screens. (before it wouldnt even get to 5 mins) so again thanks!
