BSOD help

hi, i am having alot of random BSOD and rebooting. I am running windows 7 64 ultimate sp1, with AMD Phenom x4 B50, & * GB RAM. I am not sure how to do the posting dump files and all that, so if anyone could please help, it would be greatly appreciated. latest BSOD was KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED 0x0000001e
