bsod igdkm64.sys 0x0000007E

Hello

Ive got new notebook like month ago and today for the first time i tried to moved it while it was turned on and it gave me bsod.....i removed win 8.1 for 7 so now it uses legacy bios.
That bsod occurs right after ''Windows is loading'' ,after that should go that screen for a password but never make that. Safe mode works.
Also using latest drivers by the manufacter. I only added 4gb ram-memtest is running as im typing this. EDIT: memtest cithout error
