First BSOD came when not running 3ds Max software. BSOD randomly occurred for a few days at start up. Decided to reinstall OS. Not much software is on the install. Seems to crash now when starting 3ds Max. Ran memtest86 on 24gb of ram with no issues. Just in case I decided to take a few 4 sticks out and swap them around a bit. It still only crashes when trying to start 3ds max. I'm going to try and borrow a video card to see if that's the issue. In the meantime I've attached the performance file and dump file. Any help is appreciated.

Welcome
You have given us only one minidump. It is very difficult to analyze the cause of a bsod, based upon one dump, as each dump gives only clues. Based upon what I did see the file indicated that Microsoft driver was the cause and this is very unlikely.
While you wait for additional BSODs, and post them, make sure that none of your drivers are corrupt. Go to device manager and look for small yellow markers next to the drivers. In addition, make a full anti virus scan and then download and make a full scan with Malwarebytes. If you get additional BSODS, post.
Another report that you posted indicated that:
The device driver for WD SES Device USB Device has not been installed. This device will not be available until the correct device driver is installed.
Make sure that the device is perfoming correctly and install new drivers.

Thanks for your reply. I think I've narrowed it down to the flexnet license service. Not sure why it's giving me trouble. I had no trouble on the previous installation of the OS. Now with a fresh install of OS, I had to reinstall all of my software. It uses the flexnet license service to enter my license code. As soon as it attempts access it, it drops to bsod. When I turn it off the license service at start-up, the software loads, but says can't find license. Attached are the bsod dumps i'm getting.

Get rid of the license service and enter the number yourself.

There is more than one hit in Google saying that this service is giving the user trouble. What do you need to license?

When you bought the software, did they give you a product key number and a way to use it to validate the software?

Yes, they use the flexnet license service and this is what causes my comp to crash

The only thing that I can get from the BSOD reports submitted by you or any other member is the cause of the problem. In you case it is because
A driver has not been installed for this device preventing it from working properly.Details:The device driver for WD SES Device USB Device has not been installed. This device will not be available until the correct device driver is installed.Resolution:1. Try installing the drivers using Windows Update.2. Install the drivers that are on the installation media that came with the device.3. Check with the manufacturer for an updated driver.

The above is from your report and confims your suspicions.

You will have to contact the supplier of the software to find out the proper course of action, since the problem seems to be with the software and not windows.
