BSOD memory management

Hi,

I am currently having a few issues with my custom built PC, it is blue screening a lot over the past month however I cannot seem to figure out what is causing the problem.

I am getting the code 1a, which it's saying memory management BSOD, I have ran the windows memory test and memtest86 with no errors showing, I am in the middle of scanning the PC with the sf diagnosis tool and will post the results after it's completed, I will also post the dump files one the PC has finishing scanning.

Also my PC is randomly lagging/freezing, I would be in the middle of doing something and everything freezes, sound, video,mouse everything just freezes and then comes back, Sometimes it will blue screen but not very often.

Hi,

I have tried installing sp1 but I keep getting BS with the error pxhlpa64.sys and I have to keep repairing just to run the pc again.

Any idea ?

PxHlpa64.sys is used by Adobe Lightroom, iTunes and Sony Vegas Pro. Some more info is available here: pxHelp20.sys programs . It is some driver that monitors your Optical Disc Drive externally in a way that is conflicting with the system.

Either uninstall them all, or update them all.

If nothing is changed after updating, uninstallation will be required.
