BSOD - NDIS.sys "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal"

Hello,

I have a problem with my laptop. Every time i shutdown or touch the USB network controller a BSOD appears with the message:

NDIS.SYS"driver_irql_not_less_or_equal".

Have attached memory dumps. Request you to pls help

All of these are virtually identical and related to ndis.sys (an OS file) but in truth they are related to sr9usb.sys

This is either a USB to fast Ethernet converter or malware. (dependent on location).

Yours is date from August 2009, so if it is a legit file it needs an update or remove.

I would download malwarebytes and run it just to be sure this isnt malware.
