when the computer starts up I hear the fans come on I hear the hard drive boot up and I hear the disk drive boot up and nothing else happens

Do you see anything on your monitor? Can you get into the Bios if you keep tapping the Del or Esc key ?


Does your friends computer have a DVD r/w drive that you could download a win7 .iso & burn it to a blank DVD if we walk you through it ?

Did you say when you went to bios boot options, your bios could not see a hard drive?

I can't get to the boot BIOS anymore and yes that's my motherboard I still can't find the CMOS on there.
