Run the Intel update utility, and install updated chipset or storage controller drivers: Intel® Driver Update Utility

Intel chipset driver is current, graphics driver is "A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues." Audio is realtek, Wireless is Broadcom.....

realtek and broadcom drivers are up to date according to device manager software check
