BSOD on fresh installed Windows 7

Hello everybody.
Two days ago I installed fresh Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit and Winodws had crash (BSOD)
Yesterday I formatted HDD with Active KillDisk (he was formating HDD for 7 hours).
Half hour ago I installed Windows and BSOD happened.
Please help me how to solve problem.

RAM memory with Memtest86
