BSOD on 'Sleep' command

Good day all and thank you in advance. As I indicate, I have begun to experience intermittent BSOD on sending a 'Sleep' command via keyboard. I have spent time running checks via Glary and SystemCare and all is well. I foto'd the screen (as you know it disappears quite quickly) and googled the error message (irql_not_less_or_equal) - gosh! Also updated drivers.

I installed BlueScreenView - nothing. 'WhoCrashed' indicated that ntkrnlmp.exe was the culprit. I found a huge dump file which I cannot open. Attempting to switch to minidump proved unsuccessful as the PC switched itself back without asking.

I have downloaded the Log Collector and attach the results.

All suggestions very welcome.

There are no dumps in the zip file. Please follow http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html to enable Small memory dumps.

A few steps you could still perform before we see the dump files:

Reduce items at start-up:

Perform a clean boot:

System Optimisers
Please remove the following software:

Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 7	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 7	Public

This software can be cause of BSOD's. The windows 7 operating system does not require these registry cleaning software. They often tune-down rather than tune-up and can wreck the OS beyond repair. Microsoft have improved Windows 7 significantly and it is much better at organising and optimising itself than its predecessors. Check this, this and this thread for evidence.

If you feel the need to use a registry cleaning or optimisation software, most of us recommend the use of CCleaner but make sure you back up the registry before making letting ccleaner delete anything.
Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

Post a screenshot of your Hard Drive(s) using Crystal Disk Info software:

Run a Hard Drive test:

Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Recommended antivirus software for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-

• Microsoft Security Essentials Download | Free Spyware Protection
• Malwarebytes - The Free version
• Good & Free Security Combination

Scan with Kaspersky TDSSKiller:

Some jobs done...

Part 2 – after Forum Advice.
1. Created small memory dump via DOS (see my unsuccessful attempt to change settings earlier) – got a crash and saved minidump successfully.
2. Removed ‘SystemCare’ from startup (note – been running well for yonks I note)
3. Ran ‘SFC’ – no ‘integrity violations’ found.
I could not make sense of minidump with a text editor..

ESET (which I had never heard of heretofore) detected, and apparently cleaned, stuff called 'Little Reg Clean, Widgi.B, and iBryte. Jolly good show.

It seems to dislike a number of Iobit utilities which, up until now, I have rather appreciated. Stuff is marked for uninstall but I shall await expert observations....

Covering (I hope) the remainder of Koolkat's kind advice:

1. Seatools made no complaints
2. CHKDSK all tickety boo
3. TDSS killer found nowt of interest

Problem still occurs on 'Sleep' sometimes... performance otherwise unaffected. I am of course making multiple backups!

Many thanks, of course, to Koolkat for helpful hints. Whatever the outcome my Sherlock Holmes hints for investigating the workings of my PC are improved. I have discovered, all by myself (!) the built in 'Performance Monitor', which provided additional info viz:
