Hello there!

I have built this PC 1 year ago and this is the first BSOD I've experienced. I've pressed the power button, turned around to the kitchen to get my coffee and when I've returned I've seen only a glimpse of BSOD before it was gone. I've provided you with all the info which forum tool has gathered in the attachment below.

I really want to know the reason for BSOD so i can prevent any further problems(or bad situations) from happening.

Thank you for the help,
NoHeal4u

EDIT: IVe ran the minidump through the nirisoft blue screen view, and if I am not mistaken in reading the info which the software provided, my system crashed because of the ntoskrnl.exe. Not sure what could cause this?

EDIT2: Ive tested my RAM with windows memory diagnostic and my HDD with Seagate tool. No errors...

Please uninstall ASUS software + remove Avast & Zone Alarm while troubleshooting & use Microsoft Security Essentials as alternative.
Avast uninstall: https://www.avast.com/en-us/uninstall-utility
Zone Alarm uninstall: Self-Service Support
After the uninstall is done do NOT go further with the Zone Alarm steps, thus stop after step 9.
MSE download: Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.
  1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
  2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
    • Double click the executable to open it
    • Click on the button shown below
383277d1457686663-bsod-bitdefender-antivirus-2016-desktop-pc-ss-2015-08-30-10.29.33-.png

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

Hello there!

Ive just seen the post. Thank you for the reply, I will try to apply it right now.

In the meantime, Ive experienced one more BSOD and i will post that log as well if I understood minidump correctly, this time zonealarm caused the error.

What do you suggest me to use when I remove Zone Alarm, I presume windows firewall is a good solution?

Also you are suggesting me to completely remove Daemon tools? What should I use instead of it?

Thank you a lot for the quick reply!

I will apply the changes You've proposed me to make, and I will come back to this thread after couple of days when I can gather more info whether it worked or not.
Have a nice day!!

As I mentioned use Microsoft Security Essentials as alternative and remove Avast & Zone Alarm.

Windows built-in feature works good enough and won't cause any problem.
